Hallo Indonesia

Mlaku-Mlaku Nang Suroboyo Cancellation and No-Refund Policy

Effective date: 31 July 2026

This Cancellation and No-Refund Policy applies to the public Mlaku-Mlaku Nang Suroboyo cohort scheduled for 8, 15, 22, and 29 August 2026.

1. Booking commitment

A booking becomes binding when checkout is completed and the payment gateway confirms the order. Each booking covers one eligible participant and cannot be split across participants.

2. No cash refunds

All completed payments are non-refundable. No cash refund is provided for change of mind, schedule conflict, travel or visa issues, illness, late arrival, absence, no-show, incomplete onboarding, failure to meet participant requirements, or removal from an activity for safety or conduct reasons.

3. Participant cancellation

A participant may notify Hallo Indonesia that they will not attend, but cancellation does not create a refund right. Any approved participant substitution or transfer is discretionary, must satisfy eligibility and onboarding requirements, and must be completed before registration closes on 7 August 2026 at 23:59 WIB.

4. Program changes, rescheduling, and minimum capacity

Hallo Indonesia may adjust routes, venues, activities, facilitators, or Session details for safety, weather, partner availability, accessibility, or operational reasons. The cohort requires at least 10 confirmed participants and accepts no more than 20.

If Hallo Indonesia postpones or cancels a Session or the full program, the available remedy is an approved replacement Session, rescheduled cohort, or program credit. Cash refunds remain unavailable except where required by applicable law.

5. Force majeure

No refund is provided for events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, government restriction, transport disruption, public-health action, civil disturbance, partner closure, or other safety emergency. Hallo Indonesia may provide a replacement date or program credit when operationally possible.

6. Payment disputes

Participants should contact Hallo Indonesia promptly about an order or attendance issue before opening a payment dispute. This policy does not remove any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer or payment law.

7. Acceptance

By accepting the booking and cancellation terms during reservation and completing checkout, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted this no-refund policy.
